1. Definitions
"Company" refers to Sajawat Studios Ltd.
"Client" refers to the individual or organisation booking services from Sajawat Studios Ltd.
"Event" refers to the occasion for which photography, videography, content creation, or related services are being provided.
2. Booking & Payment
2.1 A booking is not confirmed until a booking fee has been received and written confirmation has been issued by Sajawat Studios Ltd.
2.2 The booking fee is non-refundable and secures the agreed date and time.
2.3 The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.4 Failure to make payment by the agreed deadline may result in cancellation of services.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
3.1 The booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
3.2 Requests to reschedule are subject to availability.
3.3 If the Client cancels within 30 days of the event date, the Company reserves the right to retain any payments already made.
3.4 If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond either party's control, the Company will endeavour to accommodate an alternative date where possible.
4. Coverage & Timings
4.1 Coverage begins and ends at the times agreed during booking.
4.2 Additional coverage may be available and will be charged at the Company's prevailing rates.
4.3 The Company is not responsible for missed moments due to lateness, venue restrictions, schedule changes or circumstances outside its control.
4.4 The Client is responsible for ensuring adequate access to all locations where coverage is required.
5. Photography & Videography Deliverables
5.1 Image and video quantities stated within packages are approximate and may vary depending on the nature of the event.
5.2 The Company retains full creative control over editing styles, image selection and final deliverables.
5.3 RAW, unedited files and project files are not included unless expressly agreed in writing.
5.4 Delivery times vary depending on workload and season. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of booking.
5.5 USB delivery is included where stated within the selected package.
6. Drone Operations
6.1 Drone footage is subject to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, venue permissions and applicable laws.
6.2 Drone footage cannot be guaranteed.
6.3 No refunds shall be provided where drone footage is unavailable due to restrictions outside the Company's control.
7. Client Cooperation
7.1 The Client agrees to provide accurate event information and timelines.
7.2 The Company shall not be liable for missed coverage resulting from incomplete information or changes not communicated in advance.
7.3 The Client is responsible for obtaining any permissions required by venues, religious institutions or event organisers.
8. Creative Control
8.1 The Client acknowledges that all photography and videography are created in accordance with the Company's artistic style.
8.2 Editing requests that substantially differ from the Company's style may incur additional charges.
8.3 Any additional editing, retouching or revisions beyond package inclusions may be chargeable.
9. Copyright & Usage
9.1 Copyright in all photographs, videos and related content remains with Sajawat Studios Ltd.
9.2 The Client is granted a personal, non-commercial licence to use delivered photographs and videos.
9.3 Commercial use, resale or publication by third parties requires prior written consent.
9.4 The Company reserves the right to use photographs and videos for portfolio, website, advertising and social media purposes unless the Client requests otherwise in writing before the event.
10. Data Storage
10.1 The Company will retain copies of delivered content for a reasonable period following delivery.
10.2 Clients are strongly encouraged to create their own backups upon receipt.
10.3 The Company cannot guarantee indefinite storage of photographs or videos.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 While every reasonable effort is made to provide uninterrupted services, the Company shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to:
• Severe weather
• Venue restrictions
• Government restrictions
• Equipment failure
• Power outages
• Traffic delays
• Acts of God
11.2 In the unlikely event of total equipment failure, illness or emergency preventing attendance, liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client.
11.3 The Company shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses.
12. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be deemed in breach of contract where performance is prevented or delayed by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
13. Privacy
Client information will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
Personal information will only be used for booking administration, communication and service delivery.
14. Acceptance
By booking services with Sajawat Studios Ltd, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
