Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Sajawat Ltd for your event décor and styling requirements. These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure a smooth and professional experience for all parties. By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Booking & Payment
1.1 A minimum 50% booking fee is required to secure your event date.
1.2 No booking shall be confirmed until the required booking fee has been received.
1.3 The remaining balance must be paid no later than the day of the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.4 Sajawat Ltd does not hold dates without receipt of the required booking fee.
1.5 All prices quoted are subject to availability and may change until a booking has been confirmed.
2. Damage Deposit
2.1 A refundable damage deposit of £50 is required for all bookings.
2.2 The damage deposit will be returned following collection and inspection of all hired items, provided there is no loss, damage, misuse or excessive soiling.
2.3 Where damage, loss or misuse has occurred, Sajawat Ltd reserves the right to retain all or part of the damage deposit.
2.4 If repair or replacement costs exceed the value of the damage deposit, the Client remains liable for the full cost of repair or replacement.
2.5 This includes, but is not limited to:
Centrepieces
Backdrops
Floral arrangements
Plinths
Dessert table accessories
Acrylic signage
Candles and decorative props
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
3.1 All payments made are non-refundable.
3.2 Requests to reschedule may be considered in exceptional circumstances and are subject to availability.
3.3 Any approved reschedule must be agreed in writing and cannot be guaranteed.
3.4 Failure to attend the event or cancellation by the Client does not entitle the Client to a refund.
4. Venue Access & Event Timings
4.1 The Client is responsible for providing accurate venue details, access instructions and event timings.
4.2 Sajawat Ltd shall not be responsible for delays caused by:
Incorrect venue information
Restricted venue access
Delays by venue staff
Venue setup restrictions
Delays caused by third parties
4.3 If setup is delayed due to circumstances outside our control, we will make reasonable efforts to complete the agreed service but cannot guarantee setup by a specific time.
4.4 Collection of décor will take place at the agreed collection time. Collection may proceed even if the event is continuing beyond the agreed period.
4.5 Additional hire periods may incur additional charges.
5. Responsibility for Hired Items
5.1 Responsibility for all hired items transfers to the Client once setup has been completed.
5.2 The Client is responsible for ensuring that guests, venue staff and third parties do not damage, remove or misuse hired items.
5.3 Sajawat Ltd accepts no responsibility for damage caused after installation has been completed.
5.4 Missing items will be charged at their replacement value.
6. Outdoor Setups
6.1 Sajawat Ltd generally does not install décor outdoors due to the risk of weather-related damage.
6.2 Any outdoor setup agreed by Sajawat Ltd is undertaken entirely at the Client's risk.
6.3 Sajawat Ltd accepts no liability for damage caused by:
Wind
Rain
Extreme temperatures
Venue conditions
Acts of nature
7. Photography & Marketing
7.1 Sajawat Ltd may photograph or record completed setups for portfolio, website, marketing and social media purposes.
7.2 By booking with Sajawat Ltd, the Client grants permission for such use unless a written request is made prior to the event.
7.3 Personal information will never be disclosed without consent.
8. Liability
8.1 Sajawat Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.
8.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the relevant booking.
8.3 Sajawat Ltd shall not be responsible for injuries, accidents or damage caused by guests interacting with hired items after setup.
9. Force Majeure
9.1 Sajawat Ltd shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or failure to perform services where such failure arises from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Severe weather
Illness
Accidents
Vehicle breakdowns
Traffic incidents
Venue restrictions
Government restrictions
Industrial action
Natural disasters
9.2 In such circumstances, Sajawat Ltd will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative solution where possible.
10. Acceptance
By paying a booking fee, making a payment, or otherwise confirming a booking with Sajawat Ltd, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
